Also part of the Future Canvas art gallery were pieces of interactive iPads on the walls. You could walk up and try out different art apps for the iPad. There was even one hooked to a projector so everyone could see what was going on.

CSAIL brings ‘Minority Report’ technology alive

A team at MIT’s Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Lab (CSAIL) have used a Microsoft Kinect plus MIT developed software to create something right out of Steven Spielberg’s Minority Report. I wonder when we’ll start seeing these in our kitchens and living rooms.
